Melissa Martinez originally from New Mexico. I was raised in the restaurant industry. My family owned and operated a restaurant in New Mexico. I worked for my family for 20 yrs later moving to MN where I earned my baking and pastry certificate from Le Cordon Bleu. I then moved to Colorado and have been working in corporate hospitality for over 8yrs. First in pastry as an hourly associate for Sage Hospitality and then worked my way up to Sous Chef working in high volume restaurants. I have been in the culinary industry for 30 years. Doing everything from baking bread to managing high volume kitchens.
