Joel is a native of the Chicagoland area. With almost 15 years of culinary experience, gaining awards and accolades along the way, his journey has taken him to many different kitchen settings. From fine dining to schools and universities, Hospitals, national chain restaurants, wine bars and corporate dining. the experience gained from all of these has been a valuable asset to his continued success in the industry. In the past couple years, he’s found his true calling inside the industry, teaching. Guiding students of all ages to create wonderful meals from start to finish, the passion of his craft really comes through. His easy going personality provides a fun environment to learn and grow your culinary skills.
