Although not a classically trained Chef, Christina Martin has well over 30 years in the kitchen. Her knowledge and background of food, nutrition and various cooking methods can give any Chef a run for their money. Christina’s passion is creating incredible, out-of-the-box plant-based meals that have even the die hard meat eaters coming back for more. When she’s not creating a masterpiece in the kitchen, Christina loves to enjoy the beauty only Colorado can deliver as well as play a mean game of pool or listen to live music.
