Q. Where do you travel to?
A. We travel to most of the Denver Metro Area. CLICK HERE to see our service map. We do travel outside this area on a case by case basis, but there will be a travel fee starting at $25 for classes outside of the service area.
Q. What is your In-Home cancellation policy?
A. If you cancel within 7 days prior of the scheduled booking we will be happy to issue you a gift card for another time. We charge a $25 rescheduling fee for any bookings rescheduled within 48 hours of class. Denver Cooking Classes reserves the right to reschedule any class due to inclement weather, illness, or any other safety concern that may arise.
Q. What is your Corporate cancellation policy?
A. If you cancel within 10 days prior of the scheduled booking we will be happy to issue you a gift card for another time. We charge a $50 rescheduling fee for any bookings rescheduled within 72 hours of class. Denver Cooking Classes reserves the right to reschedule any class due to inclement weather, illness, or any other safety concern that may arise.
Q. Rescheduling?
A. We charge a $25.00 rescheduling fee for any In-Home booking rescheduled within 48 hours of class and a $50 rescheduling fee for any Corporate booking rescheduled within 72 hours of class.
Q. Do you allow children in your cooking classes?
A. We are happy to host children in our cooking classes! We ask that any child under the age of 16 be accompanied by an adult and have their own child safe knives.
Q. How long do classes typically last?
A. Our Cooking Classes last for approximately 3 hours. Plan on spending the first half of class cooking, and the second half of class enjoying your meal!
Q. Do you provide alcohol?
A. Denver Cooking Classes does not provide alcohol for our guests, but we are happy to provide pairing recommendations for you to pick up and enjoy during any of our classes.
Q. What is the minimum / maximum number of students for cooking classes?
A. We are happy to host any number of guests for our In-Home classes, provided you have the appropriate space. We offer a kitchen space for parties of 8 or more, and these classes are subject to a price increase.
Q. What about gratuity?
A. We add a standard 18% gratuity to our corporate classes or any class of 8 or more guests.
Q. Do you have COVID protocols?
A. Yes – CLICK HERE for our COVID waiver. Currently masks are not required in our cooking classes, and we require our guests and our staff to be proactive and communicate when they do not feel well.
