Denver Cooking Classes offers the most unique recreational IN-HOME cooking classes for the home cook. We’ve designed our cooking classes to bring you A variety of authentic dishes from around the world. Choose from Italy, Spain, India, Thailand, Japan, France, Mexico, or our Globetrotter menu, and one of our experienced chefs will guide you through three dishes from the country of your choice! Denver Cooking Classes provides all of the ingredients & equipment needed For class - you provide the kitchen! Cooking classes are approximately 2.5 Hours.

Sarah grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and has worked in the food industry in and around Denver and Colorado for over 18 years. She’s worked as a line cook and a caterer, including her own small catering company, FoodieFood. Teaching is her second passion, as is utilizing local ingredients for the table.

Although not a classically trained Chef, Christina Martin has well over 30 years in the kitchen. Her knowledge and background of food, nutrition and various cooking methods can give any Chef a run for their money. Christina's passion is creating incredible, out-of-the-box plant-based meals that have even the die hard meat eaters coming back for more. When she's not creating a masterpiece in the kitchen, Christina loves to enjoy the beauty only Colorado can deliver as well as play a mean game of pool or listen to live music.

Melissa Martinez originally from New Mexico. I was raised in the restaurant industry. My family owned and operated a restaurant in New Mexico. I worked for my family for 20 yrs later moving to MN where I earned my baking and pastry certificate from Le Cordon Bleu. I then moved to Colorado and have been working in corporate hospitality for over 8yrs. First in pastry as an hourly associate for Sage Hospitality and then worked my way up to Sous Chef working in high volume restaurants. I have been in the culinary industry for 30 years. Doing everything from baking bread to managing high volume kitchens.
